Active Directory Management / Exchange Manager

Clearance Required: No Clearance Required



This position requires someone capable of working independently and also working in teams.  The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in working with Exchange 2000, 2003, 2007, and or 2010.  Candidated will have 5 -7+ years of experience with Active Directory environments.  Candidate should be familiar with backup procedures, plans and software.  Position also requires experience in working with handheld devices such as Androids, Blackberry, and Iphones.  Experience with remote environments such as VMware and Microsoft HyperV is ideal.  Candidate should be familiar with SAN technology at an intermediate level.  



Application / Process Manager

Clearance Required: TS / SCI with DOD

The Process Manager (s) hold the responsibility within the program database framework of managing the automated processing within program database exploitation system. This Task monitors the system activity levels, throughput performance, and the work load of all program database applications through the Process Manager Interface. The Process Manager tunes the performance of program database via system configuration settings and is a limited owner of ability to override the Monitoring and Control Application (MCA) when appropriate or necessary. The Process Manager executes any approved data reprocessing. The Process Manager also handles any processing exceptions reported by the system. To accomplish the processing work flow, the Process Manager must coordinate closely with both the Data and Media Managers. The Process Manager must also work closely with the system managers for the modifications and maintenance of the storage, network, and servers. Given the nature of the mission, this position is expected to be staffed as required to meeting the necessities of the Client’s workflow of data processing. This is a key billet in the program database and client’s Information Technology framework that is expected to maintain an on call status outside normal office hours, maintain the potential for evening requests and be available at request for holidays.

Required Skills:

 7-10 years industry practical experience in areas of:

  • Maturity and attention to details.
  • Communications and problem solving skills are a must.
  • Working experience in .NET and SQL
  • Working experience in object-oriented design and workflows
  • Working experience in application documentation and writing technical specifications
  • Working experience in user interface documentation
  • Working knowledge ofC, C++, JAVA, VB
  • Working knowledge of user interface frameworks
  • Working knowledge in relational databases
  • Working experience in Data Lifecycle policy and procedures
  • Working knowledge in performance tuning
  • Working experience with component, application, integration, and system testing
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong instruction and communications skills.


Preferred Skills:

Education: No specific Information Technology industry certification is required, but a preferred Bachelor of Computer Sciences or similar field degree is highly desired.

 Primary job duties:  

Job Duty 1 - Work plan for: Billet activities, manning during core client work schedule and On Call Response:  Draft and final deliveries to be agreed upon 10 days from point of task order modification. 

Job Duty 2 - Position Metrics reflecting performance evaluations of the data processing, exceptions and volume (periodic reporting as requested): Draft and final deliveries to be agreed upon in the work plan. 

Job Duty 3 - Configuration Management Documents applicable to position changes: As required by CM Plan schedules. 

Job Duty 4 - Standard Operating Procedures applicable to the performance activities of the position tasks:  Draft and final deliveries to be agreed upon in the work plan.

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development manager who has a background in federal government contracting, specifically in the IT Services arena.  The ideal candidate will have prebuilt relationships with groups inside the federal government and relationship with other Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 government contracting firms.



Help Desk Management

Required Skills / Job Description:  

Currently seeking Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk technicians.  Candidates should have 5+ years in working with users and advanced troubleshooting techniques.  Ideal candidates will be familiar with remote troubleshooting tools, Active Directory, Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2000, Server 2003, and Server 2008.  Ideal candidates will be familiar with VPN Clients, blackberries, Iphones, and Android Smart Phones.  Required skills will include Office 2007 and 2010 specifically working with Exchange and integrating with Sharepoint technologies.  



Software Engineer / Mobile Engineer

Clearance Required: TS / SCI

Required Skills / Job Description:

Proficiency in C++, C#, .NET, SQL, and Java.  Ideal candidate will have experience in programming for mobile devices such as Iphones and Android devices.  Candidate should be able work with online and offline technologies for handheld devices as well as reading information from web based database systems.  Candidate should be able to interface with users to build requirements and work with other key users.
